Tal Inbar is head of the Space and UAV Research Center at the Fisher Institute for Air and Space Strategic Studies. His research focuses on space policy and programs.

Back in 1974, soldiers and offices were conscripted into the Airborne Rescue and Evacuation unit because no one joined it voluntarily.
