Emtan to supply MZ-4 rifles to Israel Airports Authority

Hundreds of 5.56 mm caliber rifles, together with practice and training rifles will be supplied to the Israel Airports Authority and replace the Tavor rifles currently used. Emtan will presents its products at the IsraelDefense FireTech 2022 conference this week

Emtan, an Israeli firearms manufacturer, has won a contract for the supply of rifles, spare parts and related equipment to the Israel Airports Authority (IAA). The tender includes the supply of hundreds of the new 5.56mm caliber MZ-4 rifles made by Emtan.

These rifles are intended to replace the Tavor rifles used by IAA. 

As part of the contract, the company will also supply "red" deactivated practice rifles, "white" rifles for shooting blank ammunition and "blue" training rifles for shooting Simunition.

Emtan stated that it recently signed dozens of contracts for the supply of firearms to government users in Israel and abroad, but it refrains from responding or providing information regarding contracts and customers.

Emtan will present its products at the IsraelDefense's FireTech 2022 conference, which will be held this week, 27/o7/22, in the Smolarz Hall at Tel Aviv University. For information and registration click here
