Rockets hit Ashdod, Ashkelon

Forces from the Israel Police located two locations where rockets fell in the city of Ashdod, and six in the city of Ashkelon. In some of those locations there were initial reports of casualties.
The police closed off the areas, and bomb squads are operating in those locations.
According to journalist Almog Boker, "There is a direct hit on a house: heavy damage and two people lightly wounded. There is a direct hit on an educational institution in Ashkelon: enormous damage. There is a direct hit on a house that is now on fire. There is a direct hit on a vehicle."
